From the owner Myron who picked us up with his friendly banter and feigned fear of sharks and our dive master Mouse taking good care of us along the way. They accommodated our family of five with what we needed for equipment getting us all set up and preparing us for the dives. The pre dive planning was spot on and their practices go right with the PADI standards including safety stops and staying in peoples abilities. We did two tanks and after our surface interval went back down where we saw a large lobster and even a dolphin go whizzing by. Our last trip (pre-covid 2020) was fantastic for our adult group. This trip we got our 14 year old granddaughter certified, and she was thrilled by the generous and respectful treatment and experience.
As "Grumpy Gramps" I was super happy with how it all went down, with all my "special requests" fulfilled to ensure a memorable trip that replicated the experience of 27 years ago with my daughter.
Shop owner Myron is a legend, Tanesha is a quiet and loving presence who is the backbone and administrator of the operations, Nilos is a sweetheart, Bobby a "rough cut" gem and special dive leader, and Captain Vegas runs the nicest (independent) dive boat in Negril with a steady hand with some musical entertainment on the side.
They took such good care of my granddaughter Emma, she passed all her tests with flying colours (she is "A natural" according to Myron) and we got to do our special dives together as a family. The family bonds they helped to create, the laughter, and their great service was very much appreciated by all.
